Information is the delivery of education?

She works for one of these organizations, whose "education" is always someone who is in front of a group and say something? If you answer "yes", you're not alone. This is a common practice that leads to a widespread belief among many that is education. It is a perception that has annoyed me for many years. I'm not against the briefing … They have their place. What I am against calling it 'education'.

Information sessions are veryuseful for, curiously, the dissemination of information. It is practically useless for the transfer of learning. Sometimes I write notes on what I heard, and I connect to things that are important to me. It helps me to consolidate the main themes and also a reference source of damage if I want to review the concepts or principles again. In some cases, write the story and connects it to what is appropriate for me to make a big difference.

Recently, the definition of what is or is not training or teaching, has been overshadowed by the variousways that promote learning. Orphaned children, we still have more in the same way, but the way that the reading of the content is different. You can improve the value of an information session, making only a couple of simple things.
