Good price for well made screen. This is just a white bright surface no fancy lenses, not greyish, so use it in a partly darkened room, but you can view it from sides as well as front, so best for a long narrow room with viewers spread out all along the screen instead of in front of it a long ways away, like in an auditorium. It fits my basement recreation room perfectly makes one wall a huge screen that can be seen from anywhere in the partly darkened room.
Terrific Home Theatre Screen

I installed this screen in my home theater. It is being used with a Bravia AW10 project. The theater has no windows so it it can be as dark as I want it to be. The picture quality is terrific and the mechanical parts of this pull-down screen have not had any issues.
I chose this screen over a fixed-frame screen because I have kids and needed the ability to hide the screen.
It mounted easily with two drywall anchors and screws; the box should include these items, although mine did not.
One note: The screen initially had a bad smell, like some sort of glue or other chemical, but its was fine after 3 days. |
as expected

My home theater project is a work in progress. As the funds permit I buy the next piece of equipment. I found the projector I wanted (epson 6100) which of course cost more then I had plan on spending. I decided to take a chance with the purchase of the elite m120xwh2 screen. Having read in a forum that someone received one that was so damaged that it was unusable, so I ordered early (makes sense right?). I just crossed my fingers and received it in a couple of days. The damage/defect is minimal, a dent in the housing and two waves in the screen at the very bottom rising up about 6 inchs h x 3 inches w. With the need to save $'s somehow, I made the right choose. I have not notice the wave while watching any movie or tv. The playstation 3 for blue ray and my big 2ch system for sound makes for a good start. Being a novice at this stage of my theater hobby I will recommend this screen but a buyer should know what they need , what they can afford and what they are getting , then enjoy the fruits of your labor. >>>>> blue ray, 1080p on 120 inch dia screen ------- awsome !!!!!!

The screen has very good quality, it's huge, and I enjoy having my own movie theater at home :). Just consider that this screen doesn't come with installation accesories so you'll have to go to Home Depot, Lowe's, etc., to get advice on how to mount it.

We hung our screen from the ceiling. It was easy to install and it has worked perfectly from the beginning. We are pleased with the resolution of the movies. It's a great screen for the price.
